What are the guidelines?

Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Central Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. Standard Style Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to verify availability.

Standardstyle.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Standardstyle.com does not offer Saturday delivery.

We accept international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico, APO and FPO), through International Checkout. Simply place items into your StandardStyle.com cart and then click on “Checkout.” On the checkout page, click the button labeled “International Checkout.” Clicking this link will transfer your order to their site. How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase.

*PLEASE NOTE: At this time gift certificates do not automatically ship. You may access your account to print a color copy of your gift certificate for presentation, or you may contact Customer Service via email at service@standardstyle.com or call Customer Service at 1.888.685.4464 to request the shipment of your gift certificate.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. (See “how do I register”). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift certificate”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Obtaining a RA Number:
Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your return/exchange. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when contacting customer service for an RA number: customer name, order number, item number and the reason for the return.

Packaging your Return/Exchange
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Clearly write your RA number in bold print on the outside of the package. Packages received without a RA number clearly marked on the outside will be refused. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the above address. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to Standardstyle.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Standardstyle.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Standardstyle.com.
